I cannot answer this question as it is directed to Fish N'Fins. When I was in Palau, and engaged the services of Fish N'Fins, they did pick up our group at our hotel.

They don't go to Jellyfish Lake every day, make sure you let them know that is your interest and they will do their best to accommodate you. Snorkelling is allowed and is your best activity there. Sunscreen or any oils are... More
