This museum was very interesting. The history of the area during World War 2 was very well presented in this museum. There was an included audio tour in English which was very informative.

Great interactive displays with most explanations in French but enough English to figure out the strategic role of New Caledonia in the war in the Pacific

A bit short on English interpretation but most is pretty clear. Interesting special interpretations on War and Science while we were there. Overall gives a good background on the changes to New Caledonia caused by WW 2. Worth a visit.

Mostly in French but a brilliant depiction of the part New Caledonia played in Second World War. Shows all about the natives and their interaction with US and Australian troops.
