A true jewel in the crown. This centre is well worth a visit. Despite the absolutely spectacularly designed building by Renzo Piano, there is way more to this centre than meets the eye. As you walk around the gardens you also learn so much about...More

A great place to visit if you would like to know more about the history and culture of the native New Caledonians. It is in a most beautiful setting and needs quite a bit of your time spend here to take it all in.

There’s not a lot to see here, so try to time your visit to a performance if you can. You can see the building’s outside features well on a fine day. The café is awful. Be sure to take your own food for a picnic....More

I am pretty sure it is free. You can catch a bus there and back from town easily. Sorry this took so long to answer. 😬

Best to change Aussie Dollars into the local currency : Pacific francs, the Tjibaou Cultural Center have increased their prices now. It is 1000 F this year instead of 500 F last year.
