The legislative room is on the top floor of the legislative building and a cool site to see. Open to the public and free entry.

Still performing a legislative function, as well as, it seems, functioning as an arts studio, the building also houses a series of free museums, The exhibits are ok, and it good shape, so visiting, which is free, doesn't hurt. But exceptional it isn't.

The interesting part of this building, which used to be the legislative assembly, is that you can sample artifacts from other Asuncion museums within. It has many displays, great views, and a wonderful staircase made of iron and marble. It is definitely worth an hour...More
