If compared to the costanera of Encarnación it´s only a very poor copy. There is very little to do but walk. Not well kept, almost no trees and flowers. There is still a lot to be done. So far not worth while visiting.

In winter nights its a very quiet and calm walk along de shore of the river. There's some people jogging and walking their dogs, so it's very chill. They say that in the summer lots of people congregate there to hang out. Wouldn't recommend a...More

A nice view of the river from here. The ASUncion sign is behind the Palace and offer good picture options. Asuncion Port can be seen from here to. The benches on the sidewalks offer nice resting place and enjoy the views.

A beautiful place but it lacks food gondolas around, public WC and more free activities/ playground for children and youth. İs nice for a short time walk and sightseeing but it could be nicer if it was meant for spending longer time there. Of course...More

The coastal avenue by the river Paraguay - inaugurated in 2012 - is a broad road for cars, but also with a quite wide pedestrian sidewalk. To come here as a visitor it is for the views towards the government's palace and over the rather...More

And it's a great place to take the kids for at least half a day. They can bike, hike, picnic, run, sunbathe, etc.

It’s not a great or pretty place to walk, neither is it well kept, but it’s worth going there to see an alternate view of the city, and to see the river. I can see work still ongoing here, so might improve. If you simply...More

Police along the length of this make it reasonably safe... its nice to drive or walk in the evenings after the sun has gone down. There is not much shade yet till the trees grow.

A nice place to stroll. Nothing flash. Lots of families come down to walk or spend time drinking tereré. Nice view over the river.

It’s simple and not very exciting. There are some reliefs from the sun, albeit a few. I wouldn’t go after too late as it gets a bit more dangerous. Watching the sunset is beautiful. Bring bug spray unless you want mosquitos
