This is a large building, with lots of space and light; there is a feeling of peace inside, lots of flowers and statues; a welcome break from the heat outside.

A very impressive building that a small group of persons are struggling valiantly to maintain & rehabilitate. Some beautiful stained glass - an oasis of peace in a busy city centre

I had the oppertunity to visit the tallest wooden structure in the world, a magnificent example of architectural heritage and one of the best preserved building in Guyana, just spepping inside looking up at man's creation, it was a WOW moment.

The grandest church in Guyana. Well known, well located. Well used by the Catholics. One of the main sites to visit in Georgetown. Worth a Sunday visit if you are Catholic
