This impressive building is largely closed off by fences and guards, understandably. I understand tours are available but we didn't try. The changing of the guard, which we saw is of interest.

Got an English tour with knowledgable guide. Historic and furniture. Very interesting history of Colombia. Not usually open to the public. Went with young child and family who truly enjoyed it

We attended a guided tour and the change of guard by the Presidential Guard Battalion. Amazing experience! The palace is very beautiful and filled with art and history. A must to attend in Bogota.
