Is a building on Bolivar Square which was completed in 1926. The mural of the Elliptic chamber National Congress Building is considered the most important fresco in the country and the artist's main masterpiece.

Definitely worth stopping to see, you can't actually visit the building inside and you'll find it guarded by heavily armed police in full body armour. Not exactly welcoming.

This was probably the most impressive of all the buildings in Plaza de Bolivar It was not accessible to the public but worth a look.

Very interesting building from the outside. We weren't even allowed to walk near the entrance. Maybe there was something specific going on that day but unfortunately we could not get inside.

Another building near Plaza Bolivar. I think this place does not allow tourist to get in (at least when I was there).
