This is an impressive building, one massive situated in plaza bolivar. The public cannot enter and visit it. Too bad !

Impressive building. I would have liked to check it out on the inside but was not allowed. Oh well. Ideally located and close to many other sites and attractions.

Is a building on Bolivar Square which was completed in 1926. The mural of the Elliptic chamber National Congress Building is considered the most important fresco in the country and the artist's main masterpiece.

Definitely worth stopping to see, you can't actually visit the building inside and you'll find it guarded by heavily armed police in full body armour. Not exactly welcoming.

This was probably the most impressive of all the buildings in Plaza de Bolivar It was not accessible to the public but worth a look.
