On March 16, we decided to visit this shopping center and its new restaurant area. Initially, the experience was good at the CUERDO restaurant. However, when we left the shopping center we had one of the worst possible experiences with my family, although this shopping center aims to to be first class, its Security service and the level of the staff in charge is far from this claim. We were attacked in different ways by the guard on duty for no reason when trying to remove our vehicle. Once this fact was presented, I reviewed the comments (late) and I see that it is a recurring theme, I am very sorry for not having read them in advance to avoid visiting this place. What happened was recorded on the mall's cameras, a complaint reported to the administration under a PQR with no response to date. Does this imply that it is also accepted by the administration?

This plaza has restaurants and options for cloths and shoes there's an easy parking lot and is right behind the hotel we staid at, Hard Rock Cafe is there too.

The only mall in Bogotá that says “Pet Friendly” and doesn’t allow pets in the food court. We have our small dog in a bag that won’t disturb nor infect the food spots. In Hacienda Santa Barbara you can walk you pet wherever you like and also in the food court.

It was a nice mall to go to, they don’t have all the stores you might be looking for but it’s nice, it has 5 floors if I’m not mistaken and the food from Wings was delicious. It also has a movie theater and a big place for kinds to hand out.
