Very good to see original Inca gold jewellery and decorations. I understand why, but it's a pity that no photography is allowed. Spend an interesting and educational hour.

Awesome to see! The bowl has Cuneiform writing about local lore, yet no written actual Indian language has ever been found, only symbols.. The Phoenicians? They were master sailors.

We have never before been aware on how fragile Inca Gold Art was. Beautiful display of artifacts in gold from the Incas. We learnt a lot.

Nice collection of jewellery here. Interesting way to spend an hour or so. Worth going with a tour if you can get one. The guide can explain the significance of different patterns to Bolivia's history. No photos are allowed in the museum.

had an amazing morning exploring this museum. Was stunned by the incredible detail in the works of art. Put many aspects of Pre-Incan and Incan culture into perspective.

This museum is small, but has some interesting exhibits, especially the gold grave goods which are displayed very effectively to get a really good look at them without distractions. We only spent about 30 minutes here, but it's worth a visit. As part of the...More
