OK so we all know that apart from Olympic Wrestling, anything else with this in the title is staged and choreographed.
However, the quality of choreography, timing, and acrobatics of this is poor. The Wrestlers look clumbsy and sluggish, almost like this is the first time they have attempted some of the moves.
The acoustics are dreadful too, so even if you are fluent in Spanish, you can’t understand a word of the commentary or efforts to make the event appear to be an exiting ‘competitive’ event.
In all honesty I wouldn’t recommend visiting.

The bus pick up for the show was terrible. We were given a collection of tickets including 1 to get back on the bus unfortunately mine got ripped because it was joined to the one you use for snacks. After the event they refused to let me on despite coming there on the same bus. They told me to wait and were about to leave without me until i argued with the guide so blamed it on me when it was their staff that ripped my ticket. The show itself was OK but nothing I would recommend you need to see.

Cholitas Wrestling is a MUST DO item when in La Paz. Be forewarned that audience participation is highly encouraged and you may have a wrestler or two thrown on your lap or be asked to dance in the ring! An incredibly unique and unforgettable experience! Go!!! GO!!!! GOOOO!!!!

Excellent service, tour and great entertainment - everyone should go - good family entertainment - loved it. Bonus of men wrestling and the mixed women/men wrestling was just awesome - Girl Power!

Loved how the wrestlers interacted with the crowd.

A truly special experience to visit. Even if you don't like WWE you get caught up in the silly fun of the chanting and the wrestling of the cholitas. It has an interesting cultural background also.

Look, it was interesting!

It was really nice to see the women be the main attraction in the ring, and the men be the support act :)

It was a good show.

As of April 2023 the performance is held at two locations in El Alto on Thursdays and Sundays. On Thursdays the performance is held at Cholet B&B Havana near the Mi Teleférico Blue Line “Plaza La Paz” Station. Doors open at 4:30pm and the performance is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at entry and inside there are two small concession stands (popcorn, sodas, beer, souvenirs) and restrooms. Seating is available on the first floor and mezzanine, and front row seating is reserved for the tour groups. It is best to arrive by foot using the Mi Teleférico transit system, otherwise it is nearly impossible to arrive by taxi or shuttle due to the massive street fair held on Thursdays.

Taking the pejorative word Chula and turning it into a strength and an entertainment, wrestling chulitas, was brilliant. Styled a summit after American wrestling, it is a mixture of acting, inciting the crowds, actual wrestling, and athletics. Very entertaining!

So fun, don't overthink it and get involved with the jeering and cheering. Some great moves from the Cholitas. Loved it! We had the seats by the ring so we weren't cold and were very comfortable.

It was fun for 10 minutes but it gets quite repetitive. Also, it is quite expensive (50 BOB) and it is all just show (obviously). If you go there bring warm cloths, it is quite cold and some seats are on stone benches so something to sit on is beneficial.
