Looks much better on the pictures then it is in real life. Although it is a must visit spot if you are visiting punta del Este.

Its like touching the hand of god!! that is covered by sand!! very cool attraction and the backdrop of the beach is jsut magnificent. Do visit!!
I was told by the locals that this represented a surfer under water trying to come up for air...I think its best to go at night if you want to get some good pics...too many tourist during the day

Probably the most known place of Punta del Este, the monument as known as "La Mano" or "Los Dedos" is a mandatory spot to visit. Quite hard to avoid the tourists and take a nice photo of it, but still deserve some shots.
