If you go there to see where the Emirates emerged from you will be sadly disappointed. There are few outbuildings, not many artefacts, a cow, a camel in a small area that really doesn't reflect how far & where the UAE developed. There are few...More

Travelling around Abu Dhabi you see some of the most amazing buildings and experience some amazing activities, the Heritage Village isn't amazing. We visited the Heritage Village after visiting the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is an example of what Abu Dhabi is...More

We came here on our first day just to have an introduction to the culture. It was perfect and the food in the restaurant was amazing!

Did not like the fact the camel was pulled by nose not very nice!! At all!!! Just had a ring in the nose not very nice at all to see something like that. Not well maintained for such amazing history..

Lovely staff but the crafts sold or made aren’t much of heritage at all. Nice views on sea that’s all.

It is a nice place to visit for a little break from all bustling in the city although I was expecting a little more than a few huts, shops and a sandy backyard.

Had a stop here while on a private tour and went through rather quickly independently. I was hoping to see more interesting handmade things to maybe purchase, but the selections were rather small and limited. Some of the artisans working on crafts were there, but...More

Well done exhibits that take you back to early tines in the area. The day we were there it was crowded and Many areas are very dimly lit, nevertheless This well worth ones time.

It's free and a good way to spend 30 mins. It shows traditional handicrafts and some of the history of UAE

I love history, so I was very excited to visit the Heritage Village. Two words describe it: "overpriced fleamarket". The museum exhibit is very small and a few tents being put up does not constitute as history in my book. Avoid it especially in summer,...More

I would do a trip to Qasr Al Hosn... its in the heart of town and has a lot to offer. You could always do the Heritage Village in the evening. The village is interesting, but the Qasr has more to offer.
