I reserved a boat with them, but unfortunately our dinner was cancelled because i got sick. They promised that will weill rebook it. But they didnt return any refund and didnt accepted our rebooking. Please be careful in dealing with them.

I have agreed with them for a 3 hours sailing to celebrate my daughter’s birthday party and ask them to access the boat 1 hour earlier to arrange the catering and decorations. They have asked me to settle the total amount in advance before sailing. And I got surprised that they have returned back to the marina after 2 hours only stating that I have consumed already one hour to set the decorations and catering. Also all the air conditioning units were not cooling and worst service ever. I don’t recommend this company at all

I have never been this embarrassed in front of friends and family. We arrived at 1:15 for a 1 -4 pm booking. The boat is so very dirty. They said they had a party and did not sleep until 9am they left half the deco from the night before. We waited till almost 2 while they tried to wake up the driver. They cleaned the boat right in front of us but still left it dirty. I would not be so anger if I did I not spend 2 days prior trying to ensure everything went well. I should have known as the driver kept ignoring my texts. The birth rooms were dirty and no toilet paper.

Don't fooled by the photos, the reality is shocking.
One you get a cabin boat instead of a yacht that you booked and they tell thats what we got take it or leave it. Untrained, rude an unprofessional staff will be at your service. If you don't want to mess up your mood and your day off stay away from these guys. I wouldn't come back even if they offer that boat for free. I left them and found another boat rental next door that offered a nice 58 yacht for 20% less price.

Just wanna know if possible for a night trip around 9pm or 10pm... going to the island and how will it cost me... just me alone...
