Having the tombs of Saladin and Sheikh Saied El Bouti in the same place gave the place an even added value. It is so peaceful and quiet there away from the hustle and bustle of the city

The building certainly is very nice, but if you know the man to whom this mausoleum belongs, you'll have a unique feeling while visiting the monument.

The Saladin Mausoleum located a short walk from the Omayyad Mosque is a must see while sightseeing in the Old Town of Damascus. Amazing to see it is still well maintained during the current Civil War.

The place consists of two parts,inside ,out side. In side the tomb of Sakhalin elddien. Out side Mr.shahbander,sheikh bouty,and two Syrians pilots.
