This museum is in an impressive, very clean building and contains typical Islamic art (carpets, tools, etc). The restaurant is way over-priced. Even the sandwich bar on the ground floor sells a small water bottle for 12 Riyals.

Great place to hang out and get more insights on the Islamic art. Unfortunately the exhibitions are too small and the expectations were higher!

The museum is comprehensive and very interesting and has many exhibits. The architecture is amazing. However the best feature in my opinion is the photograph opportunity you can take from the piazza of the museum looking towards West Bay. Simply the best view in Doha.

Beautifully situated, the style and design of the building is superb. The installations are carefully chosen to show them at their best. Worth a visit to see the breathtaking number of exhibits.

The museum of Islamic arts is a must see in Qatar. The glass flooring the beautiful flight of stairs... don't forget to have a snack or a coffee in the cafe overlooking the gulf seas... so awesome 😍
