Well worth a walk along the Corniche at anytime of day. good places to eat and to shop. Easy parking if you have a hire car. Stop off at Muttrah Souk. Check on opening times.

The corniche is a very nice walk early in the morning or at night.Very safe and there are places you can eat or just have a refreshment

We walked it at night lots of couples and family's just strolling up and down. Music and laughter everyone seemed very happy and relaxed. Did not feel threatened at all.

The Corniche is a central location, you can visit the fish market, the market for fruit and vegetables, the Souk, find refreshment in one of several rooms facing the sea, a place not to be missed nda in Muscat

Very good view a lot of mountains around and the port as well. with free bycle you can have a great tour but its too humid

You get taken to edge port and taxis there you can walk but honestly not much to see first stop you get dropped of world center mall and you can get taxi to grand mosque or just walk round mall it is haggle for price four... More
