This street has everything from Sheesha lounges to grilled food restaurants. It has many small shops ranging from nuts, makeup, clothes and for some reason suite cases. You will enjoy the night light on this street. Try sheesha in any cafe.

The most entertaining street in Beirut as it is full of shops and restaurants. It has the best prices for clothes, food and souvenirs.

I haven't stayed there, but it is very close to where I stayed and there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants near by. You are very near to the university.
