The Corniche is a very nice place to walk through along the Beirut coastline. There’s usually a nice breeze of the water helping to cool things down, especially on hot days. You will also see many fisherman going for the catch of the day.

I love coming down to the corniche to run with my mom and enjoy the sunset over the sea. I only wish it was less crowded and the smell of garbage was not in the air.

The Corniche provides good views of the sea front (although there are some obstructions at the city end) and is a very pleasant walk.
