Definitely worth the visit. Cradle of Arab civilization. Very uncrowded. Good museum. You can wander around at your own pace with audio guide.

my friends and I went here for the sunset and it has one of the best view. the place is amazing. no words can ever describe the feeling. Best time to visit here is in the evening.

Interesting ruins - would be better if more signs explaining the history of the place. I wouldn’t recommend going here in the height of the summer as the heat would be a problem but perfect for this winter temperature.

Rich on history, nice atmosphere, very clean, great view on the skyline and the ocean. Big parking in front, no admission, nice breeze from the sea

Lot of research carried out on digging the past. Well preserved fort. More interesting is the Museum and the view of the fort at night from the Cafe.
