Drove by here via taxi on last day of Aide Holidays and many shops were closed. Looks like there are many restaurants and only a couple were open. Wished we had more time to take a walking tour of entire several blocks of street.

Rainbow street it has a lot off choices drink ice cream food shesha ( huka ) walking read a book and most of that shop are very old and good renovated to meet you

Eateries tend to open after midday. Some shops are open in the morning.

On Friday they usually have Souk Jara and local artist and bands playing for free after 7. I'm not so sure the market has opened for the season. I will try to check and get back to you. It's best if open to park in the back... More

Ron B, search for Rajeen Resturant & Cafe's at google maps. It's on that street. Near by, there's the Books@cafe a really nice restaurant! I defintely recommend it!
