The most panoramic view of Jerusalem, together with the Judean Desert, this is the perfect place to end the #99 bus tour, especially at the twilight hour, when the light gives real meaning to the description "Jerusalem of Gold."

The view from that Tayelt is amazing. You can see almost all Jerusalem from that spot. You can even see in a clear day part of Jordan mountains . At the nights the views are more amazing, the lights show you every part of the old city of Jerusalem! You can notice the welling wall light at night and it... More

The area smells of rosemary and pine. There is usually a slight breeze even when it is warm. You can park and simply take in the view or if you have more time and energy go for a lovely walk. Peaceful. Beautiful.

The whole of Jerusalem is spread out before you and its a great place to take first timers.Wooded and shady... More

Beautiful place to get a panaramic view of the whole city of Jerusalem. Breath taking especially in the early hours of the morning when the sun just starts to rise.

This was our first view of Jerusalem as we made a short stop here after arriving at Ben Gurion Airport en route to our hotel in Jerusalem. Although the view was quite spectacular, it was already dark so I don't feel that we got the full benefit of being there.

This is a beautiful park that has great views of the city. We were able to go from Naomi St by the Theatre. It's a well kept park and is free

This attractive 1 km promenade is part of a landscaped public park that is located on top of a high ridge overlooking the old city of Jerusalem. The observation terraces offer a wonderful panoramic view of this historic city incl. the City of David, the Temple Mount with its shiny Dome of the Rock ( 691), Dome of the Chain... More
