must see

This is a must see of course to any Israel trip. They have metal detectors at entrances, so leave your knife in the car/bus.

Western Wall that is also called the Wailing Wall is located in the middle of the holy city of Jerusalem is full of stories of history and the walls are very sacred to Jews. If we pray earnestly to the Western Wall, then we will feel the atmosphere of a heart full of compassion mixed with sadness that God so... More

Even to a Christian this is a moving space. One prays for peace and reconciliation and trust they bare heard here if they are heard anywhere.

It's amazing to visit the Western Wall, the spirituality of the place, its importance both religious and historic is amazing. If can go during Shabbat praying times, the experience will blow your mind. Learn about Jewish traditions and visit this incredible place.

The holiest site for the Jews people is the best experience I ever have in my life. Anytime I visit the western wall is an unique experience and I'm sure it will be for anyone to come to visit it too.

What can I say? Respect the religious Jews praying, stay on your gender's side of the barrier and don't forget to stuff your note in one of the many cracks in the Wall. How lucky we are that the Romans left this retaining wall of the Second Temple. If they hadn't the whole shebang may have fallen on their heads.... More

An experience and must see when you visit Jerusalem. I thought it was much bigger as seen on tv or picures but it is not. It is a part of the old town and I didnt regret this visit.

Experience the heart of soul of the Jewish people as you visit the Western Wall. Most memorable moment was when we were leaving outside the wall I was approached by, held, and prayed for by a Hasidic Jew.

I cannot stress how important this site and city is to see. This is absolutely one filled with lots of history and is certainly very beautiful. It's well worth the trip, it has many lovely stores and restaurants to enjoy. Not to mention all the wonderful sites contained in the old city. It's absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed my... The most holy place in the Jewish religion. A most visit for any Jew who visits Israel. The visit is free and one can stay as long as necessary. Clothing must be conservative however ties are not required. Head covering for men is required and supplied free. Say and leave a prayer in a wall crevice. Do not miss.
