As of May 2016 the Dome of the Rock is off-limits to non-Muslims though others may view the plaza during morning and afternoon periods when the outdoor areas are open to all. There are long lines of people waiting to enter, however; if you wait...More

Viewed up close with a visit to the Kotel and observed by the tour bus from many vantage points. It unmistakeable is the iconic view of Jerusalem.

Ladies make sure you are covered up as they well let you in then make you buy a scarf they were rude and aggressive and let you in with 4 minutes to go then throw you out before you get near the temple

Our fault, I suppose, as we were not aware of the limited amount of time the site is opened to non muslims. We tried to visit twice only to find out that it was not opened. Pity. So my one star is simply a way...More

Good place to visit and catch some history in Judaism and Islam. You need to be careful though as there are restrictions in movement.

Head covering is not required, nor is a dress but your skin on your legs and arms must be completely covered by pants, short, dress, etc.

April is summer time. Temple Mount for non-Muslims is open from 7am to 11am and then from 12.30 to 1.30. Suggest that you visit in the morning at 7am.

Park outside dung gate, it is closest gate to the entrance anyway. If you can find a spot amongst the busess, taxis, etc.
