Amazing trip for the whole family. I would not recommend for toddlers in backpacks - a lot of narrow passages. Walk in the Negev, and climb down a canyon. Surprisingly cool breezes, and and easy walk make this an excellent excursion for the whole family...More

We went on a 4wd trip, which was inroad for much of the way. We spent about 1.5 hours in the canyon, climbing in and circling back around. It's a small canyon, but with beautiful views. Our guide knew a lot about the local desert...More

First thing to write is to remind visitors that the start of this hike is a full thirty minute drive from the northern end of Eilat. Take that into consideration when deciding on and planning a visit. There have not been incidents in years here,...More

There are 2 car parking areas with the first one being about 1 kilometre from start of trek. If you choose the 2nd car park, the drive is a little scary as it is a dirt road with very soft areas. I started walking the...More

It's a short track, close to the city and yet giving you the feeling of the desert. The rocks are of real red color, a lot of shade in the canyon (important almost all year round!) and the desert around...

A very nice and interesting experience for both mature and families with children. Not so hard walking along the canyon with its desert view.

Of course, at sunset, an unforgettable experience
My hiking partner cannot accompany me because of limited motion of shoulder for the ladders. So is it safe to do the loop trail alone? I am refereeing to dealing with possible injury and getting lost, and not "security." How long will it take- one or three hours? Is there cellphone Coversge and reception and 3G?
