This is the area that David hid out in while running from King Saul. It's very beautiful with waterfalls and crystal clear waters. You can see the caves where David hid out.

Nice reserve. At the entrance there is an area for breakfast or lunch. The walk is easy for all ages. Plenty of water small waterfalls and pods along the route.
