Everything about this is fascinating. The seemingly impossible location, the architecture, views of the Dead Sea and history. This should be a must see on your list. We did a day trip from Jerusalem: Masada & Dead Sea. We had a driver guide which really...More

Masada and the old palace are amazing. A must see while in Israel. About 1.5 hours or so from Jerusalem. Well worth the time and effort

One of the attraction of Masada National Park is this ”palace” and the views over Dead Sea. If you had time, go visit this part of Masada because worth it.

This is a must see. The ruins of Masada, the horrific history and the ancient remains are fascinating. You could spend all day here. You even have the option to walk to the top (otherwise there is a cable car ride).
