Lots of diverse work in here, from Turkish artists to international. Priciest cup of tea I've ever had however to be expected from one of the few modern museums in the city - they do student discount so make sure you ask :)

Great location but my guide book said it was free thursdays but this is only to Turkish citizens so it was 15 Turkish Lira. A large collection and mix of everything but was a tad disappointing compared to the excellent free exhibitions at SALT Beyoglu...More

You can almost find all kinds of modern art there. From the beginning of the 19th century till now. I was really impressed by the variety of this museum. Great artists!

You don't have to be a big fan of modern arts to visit this astounding museum. The location right at tthemselves is an unforgottable experince by itself. You should not miss the museum restaurant right over the waterfront for a quality breakfast, lunch or coffee....More

I didn't know what to expect. It is actually better than Tate modern in London. Do not miss it! Only down side is you can not take photos.
