This is a single street right before the Topkapi Palace museum. Today (Janury 31, 2016) it is under restoration. However, it is a beautiful street with traditional 19th century Ottoman wooden houses. It is a nice street to get a sense of Old Stambul.

A beautiful and colourful example of a row of wooden Turkish houses. There are not many such groups of houses left which makes Sogukcheshme all the more precious.
