The ferry was very crowded and there was lots of confusion over seating. It was comfortable if a little cramped. There was a man selling tea and snacks who was friendly and the items reasonably priced

Took Ido ferry from Istanbul to Bursa on Business class seat. The experience was good except for not to be allowed to go out of Cabin for fresh air or smoke.

IDO has a lot of different destinations (Denizotobüsü) to many places in Istanbul and surroundings. Always punctual, providing excellent services, working for sure with a quality assurance policy system, and only not providing services with stormy weather. But even then, communication is very good!

The ferry ride that i did take was absolutely great. The blue water was awesome and the ride very smooth even with lots of waves. One of my smoothest ferry rides and a great experience
