The staff here did not speak much english, but were able to communicate enough to indicate what to do next. A good scrub down and then an UNFORGETTABLE bubble wash. No airs and graces here...no tourists, just other turks enjoying their bath. Men and women...More

woman section of the hamam is not touristy. if you are lokking for a touristic experience you don't want to come here. it is very local. there's no hot water pool or any other little things like "lion head waterfall" don't exist. it's kinda boring....More

We wanted to go to a Hammam used currently by the locals of Istanbul and not one of the cheesy and expensive ones run for tourists in or near the hotels. Good research paid off in spades!!! We gave the taxi driver the above address....More
