Highly recommend paying the Tr 5 for the audio guide. I had to go back to reception as most of the writing is in Turkish. The panorama of the battle at near the end of the informative art work and descriptions is truly worth the...More

This was a surprise discovery as I took the tram past the old walls of the city of Constantinople. The museum, located in a park, recreates the battle in 1453 in which 19 year old Fatih Sultan Mehmed managed to get past the walls that...More

A museum that has little to offer. Just some effects that have not impressed me. It is just a painted dome with light being shed on the surface accompanied by exaggerated sound effects. Not worth visiting when there is such an abundance of other magnificent...More

It's not a big deal but if you're close to this Area than it's worth it to see the Panorama 1453 at 15 TL.

A very well organized, managed, historical background of conquer. Multi language audio guide headsets are available. There are pictures, letters, objects, a very stunning screenplay grasping you in the time of 1453 siege, you will remember war screams for a while... Must really see.
