Gorgeous park to visit in April during the Tulip Festival. The park is far from the city center, but it is really worth a visit! Thousands and thousands of colorful tulips, gorgeous views. I started my visit on top of the hill and made my way down to the sea. So magnificent to be in. Paradise garden and then wonder by the sea

Visited during Tulip season and it was VERY BEAUTIFUL, exceeded expectations. Clean park, tulips in every color. Location a little far and traffic is horrible, but it was worth it.

This was a great place. We spent the whole morning there about 3 hours (you can stay longe) i bet this place is gorgeous in the spring. We visited in the winter and had a blast.
There are a ton of play areas for the kids.
Paths are stroller friendly.
Lots of benches for picnics.
Clean bathrooms.
Nice cafes to have breakfast/ lunch/ hot chocolate

They hold annual tulip festival to celebrate spring season during the month of April.
It may be best to visit the park on early April for better view of the tulips.
On late April the tulips started to withered and ruined by visitors who came and step on them while taking pictures.

Emirgan Park is one of the biggest but also enjoyable parks of Istanbul. It indeed is all colorful and green in Spring and Summer. With a sea view of the Bosphorus and a restaurant at the top of the hill, Emirgan Park is in the must visits of Istanbul.

Park is huge and I would like to visit it once when tulips are blooming here around. In winter time there are many birds and walking around is nice.

The park is open all year around. With blooming flowers and cause of weather condition spring much more better season to visit. If you are around you can visit but no need to visut spesificly this place in winter. Some other places worth to visit in Istanbul at winter time

Riefa AA

Use tramway from Sultanahmet Station to Eminönü. And then you can use ferry boat from Eminönü Pier, choose Boğaz Hattı, get off at Emirgan Pier, and walk to Emirgan Park.
