To get into the park you have to go through subways manned by Police. This is to be expected as some entrances go to the Metro. But it is beautiful. Very pretty, extremely clean. A bit of history with the statue of Amir Timur.

The Amir Temur's Square is a nice place for having a good time. You can walk in a beautiful garden or just sit on a bench talking with friends. There also a great statue of a national hero Amir Temur.

I spent most of my time walking through this park to get to "Broadway" and it was very clean and safe. The Soviet-esq buildings around it add a particular feel to it, worth a visit.

Beautiful gardens, with the nice statue of Amir Timur on horseback in the middle, surrounded by Soviet edifices. It is spotlessly clean, with very well kept flower gardens
