Our Uzbek guide took us here at the end of our day tour in Tashkent. This allowed to get a different view and perspective of the city.
We just got at the right time: sunset lights could be admired.
Entrance fee : 40000 UZ Sums.
Not a must in Tashkent but a nice to.

Lovely view of glittering tower. Seen lots of towers around the world, this one gives a feeling of glitter and elation. Worth a visit.

For the ticket price you get to watch a video of the history of the tower, then go up to the observation deck and have a look around. The Ark is the closest ancient structure and one can see how much was destroyed by Bolshevik bombing when the USSR invaded Uzbekistan.

Displays are so well done, showing the differences between tv towers all over the world. The revolving restaurant was excellent, such a good way to get out of the heat and enjoy a quiet and relaxing time enjoying the food and the views.

A very average place to visit, and climb. It looks better from a distance, that too at night, with good lighting. Not worth to climb and the view of city is just average. Though the ambience of the places around is very good. The most famous Plov restaurant Besh Qozon is very close by. Recommended to go at dusk time to enjoy the lighting followed by Uzbeki dinner at Besh Qozon.

I went to the Tashkent TV tower with my great niece who is 9 years old and her Russian language tutor who is a native Uzbek citizen. We only went to the lower level of the tower because my great niece was scared to go up any higher. We discussed eating at the restaurant, but since my great niece didn't want to go any higher, we chose to go elsewhere to eat. In addition, her tutor said that the food isn't very good. Her tutor told me that the tower was built by the Russian government (the Soviet Union) with the pretense that it was for the benefit for the Uzbek citizens, but that it actually was built to block any transmissions from Western Europe.

Must Visit attraction at So'm 40,000 (>USD 4.00), very easy and convenient can be reached to the location by taxi or public transport, staff at ticketing and security are helpful and with very basic screening like airport security check you are in (They haven't asked us for any ID or passport).
Good view, Restaurant is located on the 8th floor and what a nice place, we went on Sunday and the restaurant was overbooked, so we did not get walk-in space but on our request staff took me a tour of the restaurant.
The 6th floor is a general viewing gallery, and we spent more than an hour there, All around nice view.
Washroom and souvenir shops are on the ground floor - Must visit the place if you are interested in a good view. - Recommended
Suggestion: If you want to enjoy the restaurant call and reserve in advance especially for weekend/ holidays, classy interior

If you are a tourist, do not waste your time and money here.
The food is not so good and definitely overpriced and was served cold. The champagne on the menu is 9 EUR, but in reality, they gave us Martini Asti and charged 60 EUR for it as for the French champagne (which is certainly not true). This is just ridiculous. Very disappointed with wasting my time and money there. Not worth it.
The view is ok but keep in mind that you have to pay for the entrance to the tower too.

There's a steep entry fee and you have to clear security. There are lots of models of more TV towers all over the world. For some reason the viewing is from the restaurant, where you look from the inside through dirty windows. Take care not to break the tacky glass artwork. It really is not worth it.

Точную стоимость назвать не могу, так как сами не попали на телебашню из-за отсутствия паспорта с собой. Но на ребенка стоимость билета дешевле. Про грудного ребенка информацией не владею
