Not worth the effort on a day tour. Lots of traffic to get there and at the entrance area of the park, building sites and fake touristy Gers. Maybe inside the park it is more interesting, where we did not go.

The view during the trip entering the park is breathtakingly amazing. Since the topography and landscape posses distinctive features, I am simply mesmerized by them. The turtle rock is a must visit place, but not far from there you will also find another giant rock...More

A beautiful part of the world...well worth the visit! Just a short trip from Ulaanbataar it is busier than the Gobi, but there are plenty of wide-open spaces to really get away from it all.

Beautiful place with endless views. We spent 12 days in the park on a conversation horse trek guided by Stone Horse Expeditions. It was experience of a lifetime!

If you have the time (and money), go to Terelj and stay at the Terelj Hotel - probably the best hotel in the country. The park itself is not as great or picturesque as other places in Mongolia, but closeness to the city means it...More

A good place to arrange travel by horse, and then ride through forests and across plains. Popular with both locals and tourists, you'l discover holiday ger colonies and amphibious jeeps.

Wonderful landcape. You must see Aryapala meditation center in this park. Wonderful view to the National park valley.

Climb around on Turtle rock and ride horses up to the monastery! These were both highlights of our time there.

No idea sorry, we booked a private driver he took us around for the day. It was really cheap, we booked it in the Government Department store when we were there.

We booked two tours at the Government Department Store when we were there. Really helpful and the prices reasonable. Really nice guides, pick up and drop off at hotel.
