Amazing large central Buddhist statue centered in a complex of older buildings. Right in the heart of UB, easy walk from most hotels.

This was the most amazing temple and summer school for young boys interested in becoming monks! The most impressive Buddha we encountered on our trip!

I have been visiting this for over twenty years. A visit gives the visitor a taste of Buddhism, its sights, sounds and smells.

Amazing giant statue when you walk into the monastery. It's good be quiet in this place because there is a lot of praying going on. Great to be able to visit.

Well worth taking the time, and small admission fee, to take a look. You have to pay an extra fee to use your camera.
