Red Bar is the best ‘local’ in the city for a cold beer or cheap cocktail after work or before dinner. Sure you can get a beer for 3 times the price in a library-themed bar next door down the trendy Bassac Lane - and...More

Relaxed chilled out bar in the Basaac lane area with a longer happy hour than most (4pm - 8pm). Drinks outside of happy hour aren’t expensive Well worth a visit

Passing by after dinner n dropped in for a drink . Friendly staff and good wine but the rum punch was the worst I ever tasted . Limited seating if that's your thing Didn't stay for a second drink

We finally discovered this up and coming bar area in Phnom Penh, there are a few small bars here and eateries. We only stopped by for 1 beer but will be back for sure.

This is only a small bar as are most of them on the seemingly trendy 308 street. If you can get a seat, which isn’t always possible, you will find the staff friendly and quick. The prices are slightly cheaper than most of the bars...More

Went for a night cap - great atmosphere, cheap beer, delicious mojitos and peanuts were super tasty! There was very loud kareokee going on across the street that took away some of the ambiance but what can ya do!

Quick efficient service, good drinks (including Jamiesons Whiskey) at a good price all you could want in a bar. Worth a visit.

Res bar is a place where the atmosphere is so good that you do not want to leave. The 2nd floor is gorgeous, small but very intimate place where you can have a beer or a cocktail watching people passing by. No food though. Recommended!

Nothing wrong here but just lacked a bit of atmosphere, which is what you kinda expect when you walk into a bar in what's supposed to be the pub area. It's quite small and serves reasonably priced drinks. Two tables "outside" , 3-4 tables inside...More
