We did not spend much time at the russian market, because the deeper you go into the market the hotter it gets! It's the right spot to go shop for clothes, shoes, accessories ect. The meat and fish they sell there had a very bad smell, we could not even stand there for 30 seconds and then we had to... More

A typical shopping place for souvenirs, dvd, silver ware, stone carving, cloths,...a pleasant surprise is the porridge(bobor) on the west side of the market, ate bobor at different store in the noon time and dinner, never dissapoint !

As far as shopping goes, it's pretty much the same generic Cambodia t-shirts and knick knacks that you can get at other markets. This market has almost everyyyything, I even passed by a section which sold spare parts for vehicles I think. Do bargain as lots of tourists come by the market. Do visit for the great iced coffee though... More

I preferred the central market over this. I did not spend too much time at the Russian market. It was way too hot and I ended up leaving and exploring the central market. Didn't end up buying anything here but bought some Hugo boss shirts from across the street.

Wasn't anything special with it, just another market with loads of clothes and stuff to buy. No real charm, like other markets usually have.

The Russian market is cool no doubt. Just don't spend a ton of money or time to get there. It's neat to see once and if you're close by go in for a bit. If you'd like to buy some souvenirs, again, good place to go. However, it isn't a place that you'll want to hang out for long. Just... More

Great market. Was there a cooler day so it was not to bad. You will find anything here from souveniers to fruit to tools (should you need it). Don't miss the central food court. Cheap food and great coffee. The salespeople are not to harrasing but be prepared to haggle.

This is one of the best places to go if you need to top up on travel clothes, enjoy local cuisine or buy something to remember your time in Cambodia. Be prepared to haggle though and even walk a way at times as vendors aren't willing to just let you have the best price for no effort.

Visited during our tour of the City. Crowded, sauna like conditions inside, crammed with merchandise; there is something for nearly everybody - clothing, souvenirs, handicrafts. There is also the food and wet markets to peruse if interested. Tourists and locals vie for room in the tight walkways, hardly room to move and it would be a nightmare in emergency. A... More

Worth a visit - U would get a tuk tuk as quiet a distance unless you want to walk - Lots of nice bits to purchase ensure you barter as you could get things for half the price and maybe more.
