The Silver Pagoda is part of the Grand Palace complex in Phnom Penh. Beautiful craftmanship. A 'must visit'.

Silver relates to the real silver floor but you only see a small sample of the floor. The Buddha is also not really emerald but stone. However it’s still beautiful historic and a special place to visit.

Though its called as Silver Pagoda, the Pagoda is not made from silver but the tiles inside. Can spend some time to understand the history and go through lot of antiques.

The Pagoda isn't silver but the floor is! Its covered with carpet but there are areas where you can see the silver tiles. Worth wandering around just to see that.

You can get in as part of Royal Palace. Be sure to be covered up, no short shorts or sleeveless shirts. They give you a map and you can follow the crowd. Once you get into courtyard area you are free to wander.
