Seeing Hands has been in Cambodia for decades. They are excellent. I had both the oil and non-oil massages and both were fantastic. It is good to spoil yourself and also give blind people some employment. Good for all!

Not 100% sure. But usually everything is all day opening. There is a restaurant across the road called Friends, just Devine and supports local community
