I loved this show. The theater is outdoors and a great setting. We had the C section seats and the view was fine because it's a small theater. The A and B section gets free water and cushions though. From the first dance it was so entertaining. I would definitely recommend making this a part of your trip

There was the traditional Apsara dance intermingled with many folk dances from different parts of Cambodia. The mix was very interesting. The dancers were very good and performed brilliantly. They seemed to be enjoying performing which in turn pulled in the audience. Certain acts bought a big smile among the audience. The costumes were bright and fresh. There was beautiful... More

It was a really good surprise to see the show. A great chance to admire and get familiar with Cambodia culture. There are no big effects nor anything you are used to from the western world... that was the beauty, they are trully performers, giving the best of their own with nothing but their talent and really nice customes. Totally... More

I've been there twice, and both times, I was struck by how amazing the show was. They were the performances I've seen a thousand times before, but this group of artists made the dances so alive and effectively communicated the meaning of the dances, and why they were the soul of Cambodia. I've brought friends, domestic and international, and they... More

Phnom Penh has many fantastic sites, but the Traditional Dance Show was one of the most memorable. The energetic and talented troupe performs eight folk dances and classical works, taking us from magical ancient palaces to colorful villages of today. Most importantly, the young and passionate dancers use their skills and emotions to evoke the spirit of Cambodian life and... More

A wonderful show with lovely staff. Even my 1-year-old sat still through the performance. I appreciated the opportunity to support cultural and artistic preservation in Cambodia.

With the Cambodian genocide being so large and important, it was wonderful to enjoy this celebration of Cambodian life. The few artists and musicians left after the genocide have passed on the traditional songs and dances, and they are beautiful. The costumes are also very impressive. This is a professional level performance in a small theatre at a very affordable... More
