I visited during ramadan period. It was closed. There was no notice around the building. I and other travelers were waiting and a local person told us that it is not opened to the public during ramadan.

The two carriages here for the crowning of the sultan and the silver jubilee are the main attractions. They were carried through the streets on these occasions and the goals jubilee will be in October. I'm sure the carriage will be grander.
