On a cold, windy day it was great to visit this small area where there is a flame burning from the side of the mountain. There is not a lot of see, but it's pretty neat to stand close enough to get warmed up and...More

Yanar Dag is a mysterious mountain, is something you can't see in other mountains, there are some flames caused by natural gas on a stoned mountain, some local guide told me that if you visited 5 years ago, flames height was about 2 meters, but...More

It's quite interesting, a flame shooting out of the side of a hill. But the flames aren't massive and you are left feeling underwhelmed. Nice to see but only if you have the time.

Not much to see here just the flames. Also, you can bask in its warmth in cold Baku temps. Good for a short visit, not much to see though.

It’s a bit of earth that’s always on fire. Always. There are also some places with bubbling mud from the earth nearby. Very strange place.

Its a ancient historical and cultural place. There is a constant natural fire burning because of release of gas from underground. There is nothing much to see here. This place won’t take more than 30 mins to visit...
