A must do when you are in Yerevan. Everday at night, starting from 8 or 9 pm until around 11 pm you can see the fountains moving in different colors and there is background music playing (some classical music or some cringe 80s songs). Everyone is gathering there to take pictures and film videos. Do not get too close or you will get very wet.

I write this review to inform all those who are expecting to see this display of the dancing fountains whenever they visit. It doesn't seems to be available during the winter months. During the month of November when I visited, it was nowhere to be seen. Instead the erection of a humongous Christmas tree was in its place. So apparently for those who want to see this attraction, please do some research before visiting because you do not want to be disappointed.

Great music and show ... free for everyone to access and watch the entertainment.. ambiance and atmosphere are very well people reacting ... the police are every where

This is place was #1 on our list for visit Yerevan. Too bad we had no clue that they close these beautiful fountains already in November, when it is still warm outside...

Great performance, so long (1 came late and spent 1 hours, yet it was still not finished). As far as I was informed it takes place every evening but Monday. It is worth visiting.

This is not to be missed. It's on every night except Mondays (closed for maintenance). It's really easy to get to (nearly all roads lead to the Republic Square. Make sure you spend at least one evening to watch the whole show. It's simply amazing.

Amazing music, with perfectly choreographed colourful fountains, this display is on every evening. The square is quite big so you can stroll around and see the show from every angle - spectacular!

Feels like you're in a romantic movie. Lovely it is that they maintained the medieval feels of the fountain that features colorful light show with classical, pop, rock and jazz music. We saw the fountains first week of Sept 2019 and it was raining but still, it took our breath away. Definitely recommended for those who wants some quiet time alone or with your friends or with you lover. The show starts at 9pm and ends by 10pm or 12pm depending on the day.

Nice dancing fountains...good atmosphere..must see during your stay in Yerevan...it get cold at night so get a coffee and a jacket

I wondered around the very lively and lovely streets of Yerevan, with families and young people enjoying the great atmosphere. I stopped at the fountains at Republic Square to watch the dancing fountains to some nice music. Really lovely!

My understanding is that the performances start on May 1 and the shows are from 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. It is really worth going to see it. Not only is the water display beautiful, the music is very appropriate to the dance, and the people watching opportunity worth the trip into the center of Yerevan.
