Do not use this company. They will cheat you. We asked them to book a hotel for us in Hanoi and we got a very lousy one even we had an ageement about a specific hotel. Next time they havn't paid for the hotel, even we had paid them 300 us dollars. The result was that we had to paid twice. I have asked OK Adventure to refund our money to us, but they do not answer our e-mails and take any responsibility. So please, do not use this operator. There are a lots others offering you a much better service. And espcially do not trust the cheif mr. Kim from Denmark.

We had booked a 'private' speed boat tour in Nha Trang, which was supposed to last for 6 hours, drinks and english guide included. It was quite costly but we wanted to have the pleasure of cruising around the bay area on our own and snorkeling in areas away from the typical tour operator spots. Before paying we clearly asked the lady if the private boat could follow our directions for going around and if there was any issue with the gasoline. She clearly said that we could go anywhere without problems with the gasoline.
The next day was full of unpleasant surprises:
-we were picked up by a guide that barely spoke any english at all.
- the motorboat stopped at the exact same spot on Mun Island, where all the big tour boats were
- while the people from the tour boats had decent snorkel equipment including fins and goggles, our snorkel equipment was extremely poor with old, leaking goggles, a snorkel that couldn't be fixed to goggles and no fins
- communication with the guide was hardly possible and he refused to drive as around with the boat, apparently because of fuel. Instead he insisted we should pay for the watersport activities offered by the locals
- As we didn't want to spend more money or snorkel without proper equipment, the tour was finished after 2h, instead of 6h.
- We wen to the agency in person to complain. The lady was extremely unfriendly, lied to us about her supervisor and finally called a local buddy who threatened us to leave, laughing in our face that police wouldn't do anything to help us anyways.
Bottom line: we had paid a lot of money for a private tour that wasn't private at all and went to the exact same tourist spots as all other tour. It lasted 2h instead of as advertised 6h. I can only advise anybody to stick with the public tours and not to trust any local agency, and in particular OK Adventure.

We were staying in Nha Trang but heading off to Da Lat and rather than waste a day on the bus travelling there we checked out alternatives and although Mr Chin normally does return tours from Nha Trang which include time in Da Lat, he done a bespoke tour for us whereby we had two of his drivers take us there on the bikes.
We had Sam and Wing who's English was very good and were a good old laugh too!
On the way they took us to various spots which included a local village to see how rice paper is made - we had already seen this on another tour so gave it a miss. On the drive they stopped at various intervals so we could take pics and gave us the lowdown on any historical facts etc. They also took us to a waterfall and we stopped there for a bit so we could go for a little swim. Once in Da Lat they took us to the Crazy House before finally taking us to our hotel.
It was the best way (for us anyway) to get to Da Lat as it meant we didn't waste a day of our 10 day trip sitting on a bus and instead we saw stuff along the way, could stop anytime we wanted and enjoyed the company of the great guides, Sam and Wing.
The only downside was my bottom was a little saddle sore by the end of it! In fairness though I was bare legged!
