We were surprised how warm and pretty the beach is here. There always seems to be someone swimming here. Lots of morning activities along the shore line and night life galore.

Good beach for family. A bit crowded and not the most private but worth the visit. Sand was mostly clean, depending on your area. Water was beautiful. Views to mountains were amazing.

As I come from another beach city, there is a little comparison. The sand here is quite big, esp on the islands and the beach slope seems surprisingly dangerous. So I don't really enjoy the beach. However the shore receives early investment, so they offer...More

The only reason it didn't earn a few more stars is that the water seemed a bit dirty and the guys that run the rental chairs are not the most friendly fellows in the world. Other than that, it's a great beach.

Lovely beach which has quiet and peaceful areas and also more lively watersports and music areas. Beach is long and kept clean. Several areas are dedicated to some of the more exclusive hotels, but there is plenty of beach for everyone. Some of the busier...More

Seafood quality dropped since a few months due to overfishing and the cheap quality import from China. This is mainly due to too many tourists rushing from Russia, China, Korea and everybody want the biggest lobster and the... More
