Beautiful park - worth going to the top and then going to the waterfall. (Be very careful of the 800 steps going to the bottom of the waterfall, they are full of slime and can be slippery when wet. Also, steps are very large so...More

The view from the roof of the waterfall is stunning! The trek just isn't the difficult (except possibly the steps right down to the foundation of the waterfall, though we did not do that aspect, since it was beginning to rain). Certainly a much better...More

Very nice place, but a bit overpriced (because you need to rent a car to go there. Motorbikes are not accepted) Nature is amazing and adventurous tour over 5 lakes made us happy

We booked a day tour from Hue even tho we were in Da Nang the previous day. Our guide was a young man who knew the trails & history and how to safely navigate us thru the perils of the park. We were about 15...More

Did the tour via TNT, they were great and our communications via email was flawless. Our guide Lee was super, excellent English - and cracked the odd Dad joke every now and then. The first part of the trip you take a mini bus up...More

Went there on a tour with TNT travel, and I spent a great day! We did the "adventure" trail, where you see all the lakes and end up at the waterfall. The track would need more maintenance, some of the ropes are so loose they...More

It is all down hill, with steps on the steep parts. As long as you wear good hiking shoes, it should be no trouble. Re heights, the drive up may be a bit scary, but the walk is fine, only the view over the waterfall at the... More

Hi Travellers! Will be traveling to Vietnam at the end of April and will be in Da Nang for 4 nights. Me and my partner want to go to visit Bach Ma for a daily tour however it appears that the majority of the tour organiser reviewed on TA organise these tours from Hue. Having myself look around, I have found different info. It appears that it is possible to reach the park by bus from Da Nang however the bus just drop the tourists off at the info Center which is about 3 kms from the main entrance. Then to reach the top of the mountain it takes approx 21 kms. Therefore highly recommended to get a transfer to the Hai Van Pass to enjoy the view and maybe walk down till the falls to jump into the refreshing water. Prices are a rip off for food, accommodation and it appears that a transfer from the Info center to the top costs 20-30 USD. My question is: What do you recommend? Where the trials start? I am more than happy to consider your comments and suggestions bear in mind that wherever is the most suitable starting point I can organise eventually a private transfer. Thank you

Would definitely recommend hiring a car and driver from Da Nang, since bicycles and motorbikes aren't allowed in the park, and the park's minibus will only take you to the top and back without any stops/pick-ups on the way... More
