We enjoyed staying at this hotel, it has a lot of history which was interesting to note through all the photos in the hallways. Room and bed were comfortable, breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety both local and western foods. Pool was a little warm but enjoyable after a day of walking / exploring. Recommended.

Pay the extra $5USD and go here compared to the other places. It is inside Hotel Saigon Morin, it is very clean and relaxing. The therapists give good massages and my wife and daughter got pedicures which they were happy with. Definitely the best massage in Hue.

Loved this place, very old hotel..totally updated. Beautiful garden, memorable breakfast buffet and lovely lunch setting. Cannot recommend it enough for gracious service and wonderful hotel.

Went their with my fiancee for a massage in Hue as other recommended parlours were closed and hotel is one of the nicest in the city.
Good looking from the outside, we did not share the same room which was a first sign.
18 or less girls giving massage in miniskirt is another sign.
Horrific and hurtful massage tends to tell you what will come next.
We left the parlour in the middle of the massage, as my fiancee and I were horrified.
Manager excuse himself by saying "Oh I am sorry, I did not know"... bad actor.
You know what you run into if you go there.

Ok first I hate to give this a one because the hotel itself is beautiful, breakfast great, and location perfect however I'm giving this the lowest possible rating based on my experience in the spa and how it was handled by staff.
My friends and I decided to book massages. They opted for the foot and leg massage and I did the full body. Having traveled extensively in Asia I'm well aware of what a full body massage includes from a parlor on the street in a tourist area. I was mortified when the 16 year old Vietnamese girl offered me a happy ending. One Im gay so there was no sign I was remotely turned on and two I wouldn't expect this from a spa in a reputable hotel. When she ask for a tip I refused and filed a complaint with the spa attendant who when ask if this was normal giggled and said yes. I then went to hotel reception and the guy working the desk laughed at me. As I was trying to leave the spa the spa manager came in put on an act as if he were surprised and shocked but it was a bit dramatic. So I assumed he was just trying to save face. Not a good actor. In conclusion if you stay here you may be funding the sex trafficking industry.

Although this was a lovely hotel, I was disappointed with the spa. My boyfriend and I made a reservation for the body massage + sauna. When we arrived, we were separated into individual rooms, even though we clearly came to the massage together. My massage oddly involved more "upper inner thigh" than I would have liked, but was otherwise an OK (but not great) massage. My boyfriend said his massage wasn't great either. At the end of the massage, each of us were asked to complete a form rating the massage as excellent/very good/etc., and indicate the tip amount - the masseuse was watching closely, so it was hard to give an honest review. The steam sauna was much hotter than any other I've ever been in - the steam burned our skin and we couldn't sit for more than 5 seconds. The jacuzzis were tepid. Overall I can't recommend this place for a couples' massage, which is a shame, since the hotel is so beautiful and classy.

It was the worst massage I have ever received. I could not believe that I actually stayed the whole time. Price was great. Not relaxing at all. Technique was awful. I do not usually complain but I was amazed how awful it was.

Wonderful massage. Whole spa seemed to be very professionally run. Only downside was hearing the manager gobbing!!! Eugh. I would have spoken to him about how distasteful this was, particularly in a peaceful place! He wasn't about after the massage and I was far too relaxed to worry. Interesting that nearly 4 weeks on it is still big in my memory!

This place has wow factor that's why I chose it . Rooms big and grand . Breakfast location lovely however poor cheap breakfast . Juices watered down or cordial , which is unbelievable in Asia in this hotel . Other food ok . Service good . Had movies on at 7pm outside , not comfy chairs why not inside ? Pool closed for cleaning when finished was good . Just disappointing ..

I had a pedicure and a foot/leg massage by two very capable Vietnamese ladies. They also threw in a short back and shoulder massage for extra measure. It was a relaxing treat from the rigors of Vietnamese traffic!
