Super interesting visit. It takes only 30 minutes to visit so stop by there on your way ! The people working there are really doing an amazing work, beautiful souvenirs.
It’s great to see that these kinds of factories exist for handicap people’s.

You can see the stages of the work, follow their techniques, and purchase some of the works. If you are not interested in crafts, don't go there!

Came across this little gem on our way to the Cu Chi tunnels tour we had organised (check out my review to see the great guide we got for this tour).

A lot of the workers inside are 2nd to 3rd generation locals that have still been tainted with the effects of Agent Orange. This place was opened to give such locals with a disability a chance to work and to be around others.

I have to admit, I found the level of their work absolutely stunning. Some of the images for the wall pictures are beautiful but you'll also find jewelry boxes, tissue boxes, chop sticks, coasters and more. If you do feel like purchasing anything they can even ship it to most places in the world. I found the prices a bit high for my budget but under other circumstances I would have purchased a couple of a moonlit setting which I really liked (they also have a donation box so I dropped a few VND's in that instead).

The tour itself wont take long so I suggest grabbing a coffee at the small cafe across the road (it's quite nice sitting under the trees and watching a couple of hens walking around).

In Vietnam I saw these being made. The pictures are incredible, the work involved fascinating. Colours are clear. Pictures are of any thing you like. &I most places will ship. Can't wait to see more.
